1. The whole idea behind physical training is that you push your body to do a little more than it's comfortable with and it responds by making physical and physiological changes. These changes make you capable of doing a little more with less discomfort. Be encouraged!
2. A friend of mine in New York City was able to loose 70lbs after she started exercising with weights and also walking. As soon as she lost the excess fat, in this case, weight, she then made up her mind to engage in an activity that will enable her appreciate her weight loss. During a whole day she carries around a bag which contains about 40lbs of weights.
Living through the day when she does this is always exhausting, and at the end of the day she will surely be tired, but living her life without the need to use the weight is well worth it. Encouragement is the key.
3. Keep records of your progress.Make sure you write down both positive and negative changes you might have noticed and also record your day to day exercise. Record the total minutes of running you've doneAnd when you look back, you can have the sense of accomplishment and you can easily go through all you have done to achieve your goal. Be encouraged!
